Testing and Training

Tigon Recruitment offers a wide selection of testing & training packages which assist in candidate selection & long term staff retention.  We have the resources to confirm a candidate’s ability within legal services, call centre, IT & Medical services. 

In addition to this we can assess on key skills such as data entry, audio typing, shorthand & languages.  This, tailored with the latest office packages, means you can assess the ability of the candidate prior to offering an employment position. 

Should you need any psychometric testing this can also be arranged.
