Rosalind D Lord - Manager Ros has worked within the Recruitment Industry for 20 years and has valuable experience in all aspects of temporary and permanent recruitment within the North West of England. Ros has played a key role in the development of the Tigon Recruitment Business and her drive and enthusiasm ensures that the best possible service is maintained for our clients and applicants at all times. Ros deals with the day to day running of the business and her key role is the ongoing development of the company.

Beverley Nightingale - Director Having spent much of her career working within large corporations Beverley’s experience has mainly been within the areas of Human Resources, Customer Services and Finance. Over the last 10 years Beverley has been involved in various Management Buyouts and the development of new business opportunities. Beverley is a co-owner of Tigon Recruitment and together with her team manage the interface with existing and new clients to ensure the ongoing growth and development of the business.

Kieron Hunt - Director Kieron is a Chartered Accountant by profession and started his career working for Price Waterhouse. He then moved on to work for the Coats Viyella Group where he was eventually made Chairman of a Division within the Group. Having led a number of management buyouts Kieron has considerable experience in all aspects building and managing businesses. He now acts as Chairman for 5 Companies which are based from our premises at Network 65, Burnely. Being a co-owner of Tigon Recruitment Kieron leads the strategic direction of the business.
